Dread. Memorial Day weekend, 11pm. I took a chance and got ahold of Amazon. Within 30 minutes they instructed me on how to get ahold of the manufacturer. And by the time I went to bed at 6am the manufacturer was working on a plan to get me the parts needed. Originally it was going to take a month to get the parts sent from China, but they came up with a better solution. Not only do I have the parts that were missing but I received them two days ago. Delivery was expected today the 5th. I decided to give 5 stars because initially yes I was upset, but they did their due diligence to make sure I received what was ordered and in a timely manner.
