Full flexing but strong action, a rare rod from a high quality maker. Moderately dark flame treated cane. According to the owner, this was the last hand planed rod that Jim made before he acquired the Dickerson beveler. Top shelf varnish. The main wraps are a light copper with brown edges throughout.

Dimensions are incredibly inaccurate. Picture illustrates that the bottom of the power strip should fit a 9.9" opening. Actual size is 12.5". I can't fit this into the pre-made opening on my desk. I will be returning it
