AST Suspension Lowering Springs (40mm/40mm TUV) - 2012-2019 BMW 3 Series 316i/318i/320i/328i/316D/318D/320D Sedan (F30)AST Lowering Springs for the 2012 2019 BMW 3 Series (F30) are manufactured from a premium high tensile chromium silicone wire which is handpicked by AST engineers for its quality and metal consistency. Each spring is cold wound and then heat treated to increase hardness and reduce internal stresses present after winding. Each spring is then individually shot peened, phosphate treated and then powder coated to outlast even the life of the vehicle.

Actually feels cool at night

I’ve been using these for several days now and I did notice a difference. I tend to get hot while sleeping, so I was curious if they would actually help, and they do feel cool when you lay on them. I also like that they’re soft and comfortable, not that weird texture some “cooling” products have. So far, I’ve been really happy with them.

Most comfortable pillow I’ve ever slept on

This is the most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on. It doesn't mash down like other pillows. Cradles my neck perfectly plus it’s cool. I broke my neck a couple of years ago and this pillow feels very good and comfortable. Definitely recommend to everyone. Ive used it since May and it’s retained its shape.
