'Ashcombe' Wood EngravingAn exquisite wood engraving by artist Howard Phipps. The beautifully intricate engraving itself measures just 7. 5cm x 5cm and is mounted in an off white mount making its outside dimensions 26cm x 26. 5cm. Howard's wood engravings have been cut on the end grain of a block of very hard Boxwood using very fine tools. The final image is printed by hand using an Albion Press which was made in 1862. The limited editions are printed on either Arches, or
