Louis XVI Period French Antique ChestChest of drawers from the Louis XVI period in France. This piece is made of solid wood construction, primarily mahogany. The chest has been finished with a French polish of museum quality with a high luster. There are five dovetailed drawers all featuring brass trim and brass pulls. Great Travel Purse
Color: Pure Black
This purse is a great size and shape with excellent pockets. I use it mostly for travel because it’s not too heavy. If I could change anything it would be the color of the lining to a lighter or brighter color and to tack the lining down more securely. Otherwise it’s a very good purse.

Zippers broke in just about a year making the bag unusable.

I purchased this bag in March of 2025. In just over a year both zippers broke, and I was unable to fix them or use the bag. I don't expect a handbag to last forever but a year for both top zippers to break is a bit much. I would not buy this item again.
