Artwork by the prolific American painter and illustrator, Norman Rockwell (1894 1978), who worked for the Saturday Evening Post from 1916 1963. Very good condition.

Trying to give 4.5 stars. It’s phenomenal! My only .5 is that is absolutely does rub off on clothing. I’m going to a party tomorrow and I’ll try using setting spray after application.
I love it though. Light weight, no odor and shimmer you can use on body, hair and even accessories!
