All of our Luxe European Crystal collars are guaranteed against crystal loss. See FAQ for more information. Spot clean as necessary and apply leather conditioner. To be effective, the Private Trainer should be 1 2" smaller than the circumference of your dog's neck, right below the ears (e. g. an 18" neck would require a 16" Private Trainer).
