Good overall condition with some enamel loss and typical cosmetic wear throughout. The finish in the inside of the spool seems to have been removed or cleaned, which you can see peeking out from behind the line loaded on it. Ribbed brass foot and an ebonite handle. The mechanics are fine though

Great for travel

Since finding these I will NOT leave home without them!!! They have just the right thickness for it's size and they are super absorbent. I would not recommend that you reuse these but based on the cost purchasing more is easy. The quality is amazing and the size of them fits the price.
